SHAN DAVIS

Shan Davis graduated from Michigan State University School of Law and began practicing in 2005. Mr. Davis started his practice at an insurance defense law firm and then moved to one of Nevada’s most highly rated boutique commercial litigation firms. There, he handled complex cases representing corporations, state and municipal entities, and individuals in cases ranging from multi-million dollar mechanic’s liens and construction delay claims to residential real estate disputes. Mr. Davis then joined an Am Law 100 law firm with over 700 lawyers in offices throughout North and South America, Asia and Europe. Here, he represented large corporations in construction, intellectual property and real estate disputes.

In 2012, Mr. Davis co-founded Davis|Stibor and has been rated by Super Lawyers since 2014 for his skill representing clients in commercial, real estate and construction matters. He is fortunate to count federal and state court judges as colleagues at the law firms he has worked at.

Outside of practicing law, Mr. Davis is an avid snowboarder and invests in and develops real estate. Mr. Davis enjoys spending time with his family and loves the outdoors.
